We will review the details of your request and reply by email at a later date.
Please note that it may take some time for us to respond. We appreciate your understanding.
Recently, we have experienced some cases where emails sent through the reservation form have not reached us, or where our reply emails have not reached the guest.
If you have not received a reply after some time, please first check your spam or junk mail folder.

Please Read Before Making a Reservation
Hanaya is a traditional Japanese machiya townhouse that retains much of its original structure and character.
For this reason, the building does not have the same level of sound insulation as a modern hotel.
To help all our guests enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay, we kindly ask you to be considerate of those around you, especially from the evening through late at night, by keeping voices and other noises to a minimum.
Guests looking for a lively stay or those planning to visit in a large group may find that Hanaya is not suitable for their needs.
Please make your reservation only after understanding that Hanaya is an inn where guests come to enjoy the traditional atmosphere of a machiya and the quiet pace of life within it.
