CAHLUMN Special Stay Plan

 

Ryokan Hanaya in Kyoto is pleased to offer a special accommodation plan created in collaboration with CAHLUMN, LE LABO, SNBYA.H, and ARUSE.

 

The idea behind this plan is simple: we want our guests to enjoy a comfortable stay in a 100-year-old Kyoto machiya, dressed in natural-fabric clothing from CAHLUMN and SNBYA.H.

Vintage lamps from ARUSE, a Kyoto lighting shop, are placed in the guest room to create a warm and atmospheric setting within the traditional Japanese-style room.

The stay also includes a LE LABO travel set featuring body wash and shampoo.

As a welcome drink, we offer a bottle of natural wine or a soft drink from the same selection served at CAHLUMN STORE TOKYO in Ochanomizu.

We invite you to experience this special stay and enjoy a comfortable, relaxed time within the traditional atmosphere of a Kyoto machiya.

About the CAHLUMN Stay Plan

 

This is a special accommodation plan created by CAHLUMN for the traditional machiya space at Ryokan Hanaya.

Under the theme of “LOCAL & NATURAL,” the plan brings together carefully selected clothing from CAHLUMN and SNBYA.H, a travel set from LE LABO, lighting by ARUSE, and a selection of drinks to enjoy during your stay.

 

Featured in Issue 7 of the CAHLUMN magazine, LE LABO is a fragrance brand that originated in New York. This plan incorporates the world of LE LABO so that you can enjoy your time in Kyoto surrounded by its distinctive fragrance.

 

The guest rooms feature vintage lighting selected by ARUSE, a Kyoto lighting shop. Carefully chosen vintage lamps from Japan and around the world create a unique atmosphere of light within the traditional machiya space.

You will also enjoy the same hospitality and services provided as part of our regular accommodation plans.

What’s Included

 

We offer three different versions of this special stay plan.

CAHLUMN provides two types of roomwear made from extra-long-staple organic cotton.

The garments are made in the natural, unbleached color of the organic cotton itself, without bleaching.

 

SNBYA.H, the washable merino wool sportswear brand directed by fashion director Akio Hasegawa, provides a delicate and smooth merino wool T-shirt and pants. The fabric offers antibacterial and odor-resistant properties, along with a light and comfortable feel against the skin.

 

You can choose one of the three plans according to your preferred clothing design and material.

All three plans include the selected clothing set and a LE LABO SANTAL 33 Travel Set.

Clothing Sizes & Exchanges

 

The clothing color is predetermined for each plan.

You may try on the clothing upon arrival to check the size.

Please note that we cannot accommodate size exchanges for clothing once it has been used during your stay.

Clothing selected as part of the plan cannot be returned or exchanged. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Please note that your preferred color or size may not be available depending on stock.

About the Guest Rooms

 

For two guests, you may enjoy exclusive use of both the first and second floors.

For one guest, the second-floor room will be provided.

Depending on the number of guests and your preferences, it may also be possible to include the first floor.

Meals & Drinks

 

As a welcome drink, we provide one bottle of either a natural wine or a soft drink selected by CAHLUMN .

Breakfast and dinner can be added to your stay at an additional charge, just as with our regular accommodation plans.

Rates

 

¥100,000 per person

 

Meals and accommodation tax are charged separately.

This is a fixed rate regardless of the date or day of the week.

Reservations

 

Please make your reservation through the regular Reservation Form on the Ryokan Hanaya website.

When submitting the form, please write “CAHLUMN Stay Plan” in the remarks section.

Submitting the reservation form does not mean that your reservation has been confirmed.
